Where Counseling, Retreats, and Faith Come Together for Transformation

Safe Haven Refuge is a faith-based nonprofit organization in Friendswood, Texas, dedicated to creating a place of hope, healing, and restoration for individuals, families, and communities. Rooted in compassion and guided by biblical principles, we believe lasting transformation happens when emotional wellness and spiritual growth come together.

Our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming environment where individuals can be seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. Through professional counseling services—including individual, couples, and family therapy—we help clients work through issues such as anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, and major life transitions, with the option of integrating faith-centered guidance.

Beyond counseling, Safe Haven Refuge offers life-changing retreats and transformational trainings designed to promote deeper healing and personal breakthrough. Our retreats provide intentional time away from everyday distractions, allowing individuals to reconnect with God, reflect, and renew their minds and hearts. Our trainings equip individuals, leaders, and organizations with practical tools, spiritual insight, and emotional awareness to foster healthier relationships and stronger communities.

We are committed to making care accessible, supportive, and empowering for all who seek it. Whether you are walking through a difficult season, pursuing personal growth, or looking to deepen your faith, Safe Haven Refuge is here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

We don’t just offer services—we offer a refuge. A place where healing begins, faith is strengthened, and lives are transformed.

At Safe Haven Counseling Center, we believe the right fit matters.
